For all those health-conscious people who love eating curd but have to go out to get it from the shops, one company has made it easy to have it while sitting at home. Samsung, the South Korean multinational conglomerate has launched Curd Maestro Refrigerator for the perfect curd at home without any hassle.
Usually, the process of making curd at home takes 6-7 hours after which it is required to be kept in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage and if you forget that then you won’t be able to eat the perfect curd that you want and even if you keep it on time then there is no guarantee that it will be of the right consistency that you like.
Samsung’s Curd Maestro is the world’s first frost free refrigerator that makes fresh curd with same consistency every time and preserves it too no matter what the weather maybe.
You just have to mix the starter culture in lukewarm milk in the container and put it in Samsung Curd Maestro. Select the consistency from “soft” and “thick” and let it rest for 6.5-7.5 hours to ferment depending upon the consistency (6.5hr for soft and 7.5hr for thick curd). When it is ready, the serve icon lights up and the curd automatically starts to get refrigerated. It can also be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
The price of the refrigerator ranges from 25000 INR to 40000 INR in India
